Bringing added value to a decision making process, introducing new ideas that may not have yet been thought of or researching and collating information for a particular need and delivering it in a user friendly and useful way, my Consultancy service can be tailored to your individual property needs.

With a proactive, adaptable and creative approach combined with a wealth of property experience and an extensive network of contacts I can help you in many ways in the country and the capital. Past Consultancy work includes tasks for private owner occupiers, tenants, developers, blue chip property investment and development plcs, lifestyle management businesses and television production companies.

Who uses my Consultancy Service and when?

Consultancy tasks by their very nature tend to be quite varied and wholly dependent on the specific need of the client. Both private individuals and businesses seek my help on a Consultancy basis.

Would you like a Consultancy based initial location overview report including sample listings of properties currently available to buy across target areas to help you understand what is realistically achievable to assist you with deciding where to move? For country buyers do you want to better understand commute journey times by rail and road, and their impact on where best to focus your property search? Do you need initial help with finding out about schools in the areas you are considering? I can help.
  • Are you are a developer or rental investor looking to add value to a property? Would you find an objective, impartial second opinion regarding layout and specification choices beneficial to help ensure your decisions are the best commercial ones? I spend my working life viewing properties through “buyers’ eyes” so I notice things that others may not.
  • As a pure search and acquisition agent I do not ever sell property but on a Consultancy basis I can help point you in the right direction to the best people who do. Fees

My bespoke two step fee structure offers competitive and adaptable fee options…

  • Nominal on account Monthly Instruction Fees are payable during the period of time I am instructed on a consultancy task and are all fully deductible from the Consultancy Fee.
  • My Consultancy Fee is determined on an individual task or project basis.

All fees are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
